Do you accept new patients?

Yes! Georgetown Pediatrics & Family Medicine is welcoming new pediatric and primary care patients. Whether you’re expecting a baby, looking for a new pediatrician, or need a primary care provider, we’d love to meet you.

What ages do you see?

Our pediatric team cares for children from birth through age 18, and our primary care providers see teens and adults. We make it easy for families to receive care in one trusted medical home.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Appointments can be scheduled online, through the patient portal, or by calling our office. We offer well visits, sick visits, and primary care appointments throughout the week.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Yes. We reserve appointments each day for urgent illnesses and unexpected concerns. If you or your child wakes up feeling sick, give us a call and we’ll do our best to see you that day.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Please bring:
• Your insurance card
• A photo ID
• Any current medications
• Medical records, if available

Arriving a few minutes early helps us get you checked in quickly.

Which insurance plans do you accept?

We participate with most major insurance plans. Coverage can vary, so we recommend contacting your insurance company to confirm that Georgetown Pediatrics & Family Medicine is in-network for your specific plan.
If you don’t have insurance, ask us about our self-pay options.

What if I need care after hours?

As part of Austin Health Partners, our patients have access to after-hours pediatric care through our partner practices, including Treehouse Pediatrics and Cedar Park Pediatric & Family Medicine. Evening and weekend appointments help families avoid unnecessary trips to urgent care or the emergency room. If you don’t have insurance, ask us about our self-pay options.

Can I message my provider online?

Yes. Our patient portal is the fastest way to send non-urgent questions, request refills, review test results, and communicate with your care team.

Do you offer telemedicine visits?

Yes. Telemedicine appointments are available for many primary care concerns and select follow-up visits. If you’re unsure whether a virtual visit is appropriate, our team can help guide you.

Do you provide newborn care?

Absolutely. We care for babies from their very first days and offer newborn visits, breastfeeding support, lactation consultations, and guidance throughout your baby’s first year. We also host our popular Newborn 101 webinars for expecting parents.

Do you offer mental health services?

Yes. We provide mental health screenings, evaluations, and ongoing support for children, teens, and adults. Our providers can help address concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral challenges, and connect families with additional resources when needed.

• Strep testing
• Flu testing
