We regret to announce that Dr. Hannah Do’s last day at Georgetown Pediatric & Family Medicine will be August 23rd, 2024. We are grateful for her years of dedication and service to our patients and are excited to see her pursue other professional and personal goals.
Patients often have questions about who will assume their care when physicians leave. Georgetown Pediatric & Family Medicine has a wonderful team of healthcare providers available and we are hiring a replacement provider to continue care for patients of Dr. Do, and we will ensure the transition to another one of our providers is seamless. We will be reaching out to patients of Dr. Do to reschedule appointments as necessary to maintain the continuity of their care.
We will do everything possible to ensure your absolute satisfaction during this transition. Your medical records are confidential, and a copy can be transferred to another doctor or released to you or another person that you designate only through your permission. If you plan to continue your care with our office, your records will be immediately accessible to any provider you see. If you choose to see a different physician, please print and sign our authorization form https://georgetowndocs.com/forms/ and return it to us so that we may transfer your records as requested. Until then, your records will remain on file here. We thank you very much for trusting us with your healthcare needs and we appreciate your understanding.
