Insurance

We are contracted with most major insurers and are continuing to add more. Please contact your insurance company to verify if we are a contracted provider with your insurance. If your insurance is not listed, you can still see us, and may qualify for a self-pay discounted rate

We do advise that all patients verify that we are an in-network provider for your insurance. Also, check which lab your insurance company is contracted with. You are responsible for any fees that are not paid by your insurance carrier.

Newborn Notice: Prior to your first appointment, please be sure that you have contacted your insurance company to add your new baby to the insurance policy within the first 30 days of life. Also make sure to bring your insurance card with you to your first appointment, so we have everything we need to submit your baby’s claims after you have added baby to your plan. If your claim is denied, you will be responsible for payment.
