Tiffany Rybak, MSN, RN, CLC, was born and raised in Northwest Ohio and began her nursing career after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from The Ohio State University. She later relocated to Baltimore to complete her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Johns Hopkins University, where a highlight of her graduate studies was participating in a transformative medical mission in Peru.
Tiffany brings over 20 years of pediatric nursing experience, including work as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and 18 years dedicated to primary care pediatrics. In 2024, she completed advanced lactation training and became a Certified Lactation Consultant (CLC). She is deeply committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate pediatric care and supporting families through every stage of a child’s growth and development.
In August 2025, Tiffany relocated to the Austin area with her husband, their two daughters, Berkeley and Ainsley, and their dog, Joy. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys cheering on her daughters at the pool and soccer field, as they swim competitively and play club soccer year-round. Tiffany also enjoys traveling, staying active at Orangetheory Fitness, and spending quality time with family and friends.
