Tiffany Rybak, CRNP
Born and raised in Northwest Ohio, Tiffany Rybak began her nursing career after earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Ohio State University. She later moved to Baltimore to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at Johns Hopkins University, where one of the highlights of her graduate education was participating in a transformative medical mission trip to Peru.
With more than 20 years of pediatric experience, Tiffany’s background includes serving as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and spending the past 18 years in primary care pediatrics. She recently completed advanced lactation training and is now a Certified Lactation Consultant. She is passionate about providing comprehensive, compassionate care to children of all ages and supporting families through every stage of growth and development.
In August 2025, Tiffany relocated to the Austin area with her husband, their two daughters, Berkeley and Ainsley, and their dog, Joy. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys cheering on her daughters at swim meets and soccer games, as they participate in competitive swimming and year-round club soccer. She also enjoys traveling, staying active through Orangetheory Fitness, and spending time with family and friends.
